Three attorneys were reprimanded, with one ordered to take continuing legal education in legal ethics, and two faced presentments in April and May, according to the latest roundup of rulings from Connecticut's grievance committee.
John J. Ghidini III was reprimanded for violating Rules of Professional Conduct 4.4(a) and 8.4(4), according to court records.
The complainant, attorney Patrice A. Cohan, was representing a minor child before the Superior Court for Juvenile Matters in New Haven. The respondent, Ghidini, was representing the minor's mother, according to the grievance complaint.
