The Connecticut Supreme Court reversed the judgment of the Appellate Court, saying it incorrectly concluded that a probationary police officer was not fired due to his Vietnamese ancestry.

Connecticut’s highest court noted that the Appellate Court’s error was in the application of the standard of judicial review of the human rights referee’s factual findings.
