Steven Lapp Joins Shipman & Goodwin
Steven Lapp, formerly of McElroy Deutsch, has joined Shipman & Goodwin in Hartford as a partner in the firm's construction and renewable energy practice groups.
Lapp brings experience in all aspects of construction and renewable energy law and will focus on Connecticut-based clients. He is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New York and writes about construction law for various publications.
"I look forward to continuing my work assisting our clients in navigating the constantly evolving legal and regulatory landscape which impacts renewable energy industry participants," Lapp said.
