A Connecticut federal court judge found forensic scientist Dr. Henry Lee liable for fabricating key evidence in a murder case that sent two men to prison for 30 years.
U.S. District Judge Victor Bolden's finding confirms the Connecticut Supreme Court's 2019 decision to vacate the plaintiffs' charges due to Lee's testimony.
