William Jordan Joins Day Pitney
William J. Jordan has joined Day Pitney as counsel in the firm's real estate and environmental practice in Hartford.
Jordan's practice covers real estate finance transactions including acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial property.
"I've known Bill for many years, and he is an experienced attorney who understands the intersection of real estate and finance," said Michael Byrne, real estate partner and member of Day Pitney's executive committee. "His skillset will greatly benefit our clients in our growing practice."

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
