Arguments over the constitutionality of Connecticut professional conduct rules raised the specter of a circuit split coming one week after another federal appeals court rejected on standing grounds a challenge to a similar anti-bias rule in Pennsylvania.
The arguments took place before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Friday afternoon.
