Eight attorneys received court discipline, including orders of suspensions, reprimands and restitution.

Davie W. Parker of Springfield, Massachusetts, was suspended from the practice of law in Massachusetts for six months and stayed for two years and six months, and was, in turn, suspended and stayed for the same concurrently in Connecticut, the court order said.

When the two-year stayed suspension ends, Parker could petition the court to terminate the suspension, but must first be eligible for termination in Massachusetts, the order said.
