The Flood Law Firm Adds 2 Attorneys
Timothy Grady and Evan O'Hara were recently hired as the newest members of The Flood Law Firm in Middletown.
In addition to defense experience, Grady brings a background in nursing as a former hospital supervisor and trauma coordinator. His transition to a plaintiff-oriented law practice, he shifts his career focus to representing individuals who have experienced medical harm. Grady received his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law and served on the 2020-23 Connecticut Bar Association Presidential Fellows Committee.
Ohara brings a decade of experience handling complex legal claims in Connecticut and New York., with expertise in medical malpractice litigation and a range of personal injury cases. He also earned his J.D. from Quinnipiac Law.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
