In his 39th round of federal judicial nominees, President Joe Biden announced Wednesday he will nominate Quinnipiac University School of Law Professor Sarah F. Russell to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Russell is one of three judicial nominees announced Wednesday, including two to district courts and one to the federal circuit.
