Chief Court Administrator Elizabeth A. Bozzuto announced Tuesday that Judge Tammy T. Nguyen-O’Dowd has been assigned to serve as chief administrative judge of juvenile matters effective Monday, Oct. 30. Judge Nguyen succeeds Judge Dawne G. Westbrook, who has been confirmed to serve on the Connecticut Appellate Court.
“Since becoming a judge in 2017, Judge Nguyen has distinguished herself as an excellent judge,” Bozzuto said. “I am grateful that she accepted the assignment and look forward to working with her.”
