Pullman & Comley, one of the largest full-service law firms based in Connecticut, celebrated the expansion of its Westport office April 10 with a reception welcoming local business and government leaders, including Westport First Selectwoman Jennifer Tooker.
Pullman & Comley opened its Westport office in 2019 to support individuals and businesses in lower Fairfield County, and has since doubled its footprint at 253 Post Road West. The firm also has offices in Bridgeport and Hartford, as well as in White Plains, New York; Springfield, Massachusetts; and Wakefield, Rhode Island.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
