Alfred Pavlis Returns to Finn Dixon & Herling

Finn Dixon & Herling has announced that Alfred U. Pavlis has returned to the firm as a litigation partner, after serving for the past two years as the first assistant U.S. attorney in the District of Connecticut. As the first assistant, he acted as the principal advisor to the U.S. Attorney and oversaw civil, criminal and administrative divisions.

Pavlis was previously a partner at Finn Dixon & Herling from 2010 until May 2022 serivng in a number of roles, including as chair of the litigation practice group and general counsel. He has more than 35 years of experience representing corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation, white-collar criminal investigations and regulatory enforcement actions.
