A Superior Court judge denied the Connecticut General Assembly House Republicans Office's motion to strike a former press secretary's complaint, which includes allegations of sex and disability discrimination.
The plaintiff, Alicia Mucha, also accused the office of retaliation and creating a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII and state laws.
