Isabelle Bibet-Kalinyak Joins Pullman & Comley
Attorney Isabelle Bibet-Kalinyak has joined Pullman & Comley's Westport office as a partner in the health care and business and finance practices. Her focus will be on healthcare transactions, management services organization structuring, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and regulatory compliance.
Bibet-Kalinyak is recognized for her work advising physicians, health care organizations and telemedicine companies. Known for her strategic insight, she helps clients navigate industry changes and business transactions. Her experience allows her to offer comprehensive counsel that addresses the operational and legal complexities of health care.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
