Civil rights solo practitioner Michelle Holmes secured a $4.9 million settlement against a Connecticut city, its mayor and its police chief on behalf of four officers fired in 2020.
The officers, Lt. David Moore, Michael McClain, Roger Falcone and Daniel Loris, claimed that they were let go after speaking out against the working conditions after the Shelton Police Department's locker rooms were closed due to coronavirus concerns.
