More alleged survivors of sexual assault at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut filed nine Federal Tort Claims Act administrative complaints, bringing the total to 22 actions.
After the publicity of the initial 13 complaints against the Coast Guard, Christine Dunn of Sanford Heisler Sharp, counsel for the complainants, said nine more victims reached out to her.
