Carter Mario secured a $225,000 settlement in a vehicle collision case after the insurance company allegedly undervalued the case.
Brian McKee, the plaintiff, was allegedly rear-ended in North Branford, Connecticut, by Thomas Cowell. Cowell was underinsured, and his carrier, LM General Insurance Co., settled with the plaintiff for the full policy of $25,000.
