A managing partner at a boutique workers' compensation firm has been cleared of all attorney misconduct claims against him regarding a dispute between him and a former associate who purportedly sought to solicit the firm's clients.
Emanuele Cicchiello, managing partner at Cicchiello & Cicchiello, was hit with a grievance complaint filed by former associate Alexander J. Sarris due to the events surrounding Sarris' departure.
