Robinson & Cole's Connecticut offices have announced the election of a new partner, Gregory Bennici, and three counsel, Raymond Carta, Kathryn Mullin and Diana Neeves, among a slate of nine firmwide promotions.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
