Carter Mario attorney Alessandra Magnotti secured the full policy limit of $100,00 for a client injured in a motor vehicle accident.
Desiree Upchurch, Magnotti's client, alleged that Sara Morrison failed to stop at a stop sign and caused a T-bone vehicle accident in New Haven. According to Magnotti, local police cited Morrison for not adhering to the stop sign.
