For the past seven years, Dubois has turned his home and barn in Haddam into a refuge for neglected, abused and discarded bicycles. He was a self-described “gear-head” growing up, always interested in mechanical operations. But even Dubois admits that his recent bicycle reclamation hobby has grown beyond what he expected.
