Many lawyers go their entire careers without ever stepping foot inside the U.S. Supreme Court, let alone attend hearings for a case in which they prepared the brief.
But a group of Yale Law School students got to do both last week when they traveled to Washington and witnessed first-hand arguments in a case they had spent hundreds of hours working on.
