Wagner v. Board of Trustees for Connecticut State University

To establish a i prima facie /i case of discrimination on the basis of age, a plaintiff must prove: 1.) she belongs to a protected class; 2.) she is qualified; 3.) she suffered an adverse employment action; and 4.) the adverse employment action took place in circumstances that led to an inference of discrimination on the basis of age.
