Robert Wrobel has joined Day Pitney as of counsel in its Stamford office. He will practice in the firm’s corporate and business law, and financial services departments. Wrobel previously served as executive vice president and general counsel to Alpharma Inc. of Bridgewater, N.J., a pharmaceutical company.
Jack Dunham, a partner in Wiggin & Dana,‘s New Haven office, has been installed as chairman of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising. He will serve a two-year term. The ABA’s forum is considered the preeminent organization dedication to the legal aspects of franchising.
