Jonathan Rivers allegedly took part in the brutal murder of a Meriden drug dealer, but he pleaded guilty to felony kidnapping as part of an agreement with prosecutors. The lesser charge was offered so Rivers would testify against Miguel Estrella, the drug kingpin for whom he worked.
