A comprehensive court reform package died at the stroke of midnight June 6 as the regular legislative session drew to a close. But, in revised language revealed just 32 hours earlier, its most controversial features were watered down or eliminated completely.
Whether the issue will be raised during the legislature’s special session is a matter in debate.
