Walking into the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as a pro se litigant against the Department of Justice certainly could be a daunting task. But when Hartford consumer bankruptcy attorney Zenas Zelotes does so later this year, he will at least have the formal backing of the Connecticut Bar Association.
The association’s House of Delegates voted unanimously June 19 to submit an amicus brief on behalf of Zelotes’s lawsuit against Diana G. Adams, the U.S. Trustee for Region 2 charged with enforcing the new bankruptcy laws.
