Partnership promotions in Connecticut were down slightly compared to recent years as many firms tapped three or fewer associates as new leaders. But as national firms are increasing their number of lateral partner hires, so too are some Connecticut firms that are focused on growing practice areas.
Among state-based firms, two of the largest classes belonged to Tyler Cooper & Alcorn and Halloran & Sage, both of whom named six new partners.
