Just as this year’s legislative session gears up, the Connecticut Bar Association has hired William L. Chapman to be its lead lobbyist. He has over 18 years of government relations experience, most recently with the Connecticut Student Loan Foundation in Rocky Hill and the New England Cable Television Association.

In a written statement released Jan. 31, CBA Executive Director Tim Hazen praised Chapman’s legislative experience “in fields involving complex issues,” and said he will be “a great addition to our legislative team.”
