Is the patent litigation boom over? The annual patent litigation survey by Law Tribune sister publication IP Law & Business shows an overall decline in the number of patent cases filed in 2005 – the first drop since it began publishing the list in 2000.
The survey counts the number of new patent cases a firm initiated or defended in 2005. Firms with the most cases come out on top.
