These days, it seems like everyone has a web log, or blog. You can start one with almost no overhead and the online publishing possibilities seem endless – and yet most lawyers still don’t blog.

Obviously, there are exceptions to this rule in hugely popular and influential blogs, or blawgs (blogs about the law), penned by attorneys, like Denise Howell’s Bag and Baggage, Eugene Volokh’s The Volokh Conspiracy and Ernie Svenson’s Ernie the Attorney, among others.
