When he arrived in 2000 from a law firm in northern Virginia, Tartaro’s main line of legal experience was in licensing. At that time, the banking software company had 225 employees and gross revenues of $20 million a year. Now its annual gross revenue is close to $400 million and it has over 1,800 employees around the globe.
