An entrepreneur who hopes to one day profit off of the data locked inside Greenwich’s geographic information system is having his patience tested yet again.
At its June 28 meeting, state Freedom of Information Commissioner Andrew J. O’Keefe looked directly at Stephen Whitaker, who was asking that his 2001 request for the town’s GIS data also include up-to-date records.
