Kaytor v. Electric Boat Corp.

A plaintiff who alleged that three weeks after she filed the instant suit, she was ordered to undergo a retaliatory, mental fitness-for-duty exam, and then discharged for insubordination, when she refused to make the appointment, established a prima facie case of retaliation, in violation of Title VII.
