Amy Howe is co-founder and editor of the SCOTUSBlog, where she provides analysis of cases before the U.S. Supreme Court in an online feature called “In Plain English.” As a partner at Goldstein & Russell in Washington D.C., Howe has argued more than two dozen cases before the court, including matters of criminal law, the death penalty and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Last week, Howe spoke at University of Connecticut School of Law about expectations for the upcoming Supreme Court term, which starts this week. During the event sponsored by the UConn Law American Constitution Society and the American Constitution Society, Howe spoke about what to watch for in several cases. She also answered questions for those in attendance.
