A longtime Stratford physician has agreed to pay the federal government $700,000 to resolve claims that he fraudulently billed Medicare for services provided to nursing home residents.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Connecticut, Dr. James P. Ralabate and his professional corporation, Primary Care Associates, falsely billed Medicare over a five-year period.
