Zachery A. Bradley et al. v. Fontaine Trailer Company Inc.: A Bridgeport federal court jury sided with the manufacturer of a tractor-trailer involved in a 2003 crash that killed four Yale students and injured five others in an Interstate 95 collision a decade ago. The products liability case focused on whether the lack of an independent lighting system on the trailer part of the rig constituted a manufacturing defect.
