A pair of high-profile attorney disciplinary cases are being appealed this week to the state Appellate Court.
On Tuesday, Zbigniew Rozbicki is challenging a trial judge’s decision to suspend him from the practice of law for two years for mishandling a deceased employee’s estate. Later in the week, Benson Snaider is challenging a 12-year suspension for stealing nearly $1 million in clients’ funds.
