Sometimes teachers need to be the students again. At least when it comes to legal matters and teachers knowing their legal rights.

As a result, the Connecticut Education Association, the public schoolteachers’ union, has developed an educational program for its members called Teachers and the Law. The program is designed to teach educators about the legal issues they might face in working with everyone from preschoolers through high schoolers.
