A Superior Court judge on Monday, Dec. 1, heard new arguments on whether the Connecticut Law Tribune should continue to be barred from publishing an article about a child custody case on the juvenile court docket.
The hearing was called by Judge Stephen Frazzini after he released a 17-page memorandum that further explained why, on Nov. 24, he enjoined the Law Tribune from publishing the story. That memorandum, like other documents in the case, has been sealed. However, the Dec. 1 hearing, unlike the court session held the previous week at which Frazzini issued the injunction, was opened to journalists.
