A lawyer for a divorcing mother has asked the state Supreme Court to review a judge’s ruling that lifted a prior restraining order that barred the Connecticut Law Tribune from writing about a child custody case.
Hartford attorney Steven Dembo filed a motion on Friday, Dec. 5, to stay Judge Stephen Frazzini’s withdrawal of his injunction against the Law Tribune. Staying the injunction would allow the ban on publishing to continue, and the case could be heard as a Supreme Court appeal.
