The parents of some of the children killed in the 2012 Newtown school shooting have filed a lawsuit against the manufacturer, distributor and seller of the Bushmaster AR-15 rifle used in the shooting.
The negligence and wrongful death lawsuit was officially filed in Bridgeport Superior Court on Saturday, Dec. 13, by nine plaintiffs who lost family members and one teacher who was shot multiple times but survived.
