Dariusz Pysk v. Bartlomiej Krysicki: A man who fell out of a friend’s tree while attempting to cut branches has settled his lawsuit against his pal for $450,000.

At about 12:50 p.m. on March 23, 2012, Darius Pysk went to his friend’s house in Stamford to help cut some tree limbs, according to his lawyer, Mark Arons of Millman, Arons & Millman in Westport. “Neither my client nor his friend had any experience doing tree work,” said Arons. “But my client did have some experience with large boats and owned a harness that was used for masts on sailing vessels so my client thought he could use the harness to do some tree work.”
