A Hartford lawyer known as a partner in one of the country’s oldest law firms and as co-author of two well-respected legal texts has passed away.
John R. FitzGerald, of Howard, Kohn, Sprague & FitzGerald, was born in 1927, graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law and was admitted to the Connecticut bar in 1953.
