Jon Wolter v. MiddleOak Insurance Co.: A man who already had back problems and then hurt his neck in a rear-end collision on busy Interstate 95 was recently awarded nearly $185,000 by an arbitrator.
Jon Wolter, then 48, of Fairfield, was a passenger in a vehicle that a friend, Michael Boland, was driving southbound on I-95 on July 3, 2013. Following him in the heavy traffic was Minerva Zenteno-Romero, who struck Boland’s vehicle.
