The Connecticut-based firm of Murtha Cullina has added seven attorneys to its 130-lawyer head count, including two new partners and a new appellate practice chairman.
The partners include Bruce L. McDermott, who will be a member of the regulatory department and the energy, water and environmental practice groups. McDermott joins the firm from UIL Holdings, where he was managing counsel. He previously practiced at Wiggin and Dana for 14 years.
