A disbarred Glastonbury attorney faces up to two years in prison for embezzling over $200,000 from his employer, a nutritional supplement company. Craig Larsen, 53, of Glastonbury pleaded guilty late last month in U.S. District Court in New Haven to one count of interstate transportation of money obtained by fraud.
Larsen waived indictment and entered the plea before Judge Jeffrey Meyer, and sentencing has been scheduled for July 25. This isn’t the first time Larsen has gotten into trouble over his handling of an employer’s money—Larsen was disbarred over three years ago after he misappropriated funds from a different company, documents show.
