It’s only been two months since the international law firm of Holland & Knight announced the opening of its Connecticut office. But already, the firm is expanding its Connecticut presence. Holland & Knight has recently added two intellectual property attorneys who will split time between the firm’s New York and Stamford locations.

Grace Pan formerly worked a the international firm of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. She focuses on patent disputes, and represents clients from the United States and Asia. Pan has practiced before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and International Trade Commission, as well as before federal district and appellate courts. She is a registered foreign lawyer in Japan, one of only a few U.S. lawyers so qualified, and in Taiwan. She has opposed efforts to invalidate patents in both Japan and Taiwan.
