Attorney Josephine Miller has lost her appeal of the state Appellate Court’s decision to suspend her from practicing before it for six months.
The state Supreme Court has upheld the Appellate Court’s imposition of a suspension against Miller, a Danbury-based civil rights attorney who has previously alleged racial bias by the courts and the attorney disciplinary system.
