Denise Zamore and Eric Greenberg are corporate attorneys working for a Fortune 500 giant, more likely to wear suits to work than uniforms. But they both have a connection to the 2.1 million soldiers and sailors in the United States.

Zamore is the proud daughter of a Desert Storm veteran. Greenberg served 10 years in the U.S. Army. Beyond that, they are two of the almost 70 legal professionals employed by health care giant UnitedHealth Group who have volunteered to help the Connecticut Veterans Legal Center (CVLC) review the military and medical records of veterans seeking federal benefits.
